24/7 MONITORING
For round-the-clock cover, we work with Southern Monitoring, an NSI Gold approved alarm receiving centre (ARC) that has been monitoring alarms since 1983. Trained operators watch your system every hour of every day. We can monitor intruder alarms, fire alarms and CCTV.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF

The monitoring centre gets the signal straight away.

They contact you or your keyholders, so someone knows what's happening.

They can send help. A keyholding company or guard response can attend if needed.

For fire alarms, they can call the fire brigade.
WHY MONITOR YOUR ALARM?
An alarm that only rings on site relies on someone hearing it. Monitoring means a real person responds, even when the building is empty. Many business insurers ask for it.
READY FOR THE PHONE LINE SWITCH-OFF
The old copper phone network switches off on 31 January 2027. Alarms that signal over a phone line will stop reporting. We fit signalling over Wi-Fi and 4G instead. Read more about the switch-off.
