MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
We service and maintain all types of security and fire systems for homes and businesses across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, whether we fitted them or another company did.
SYSTEMS WE SERVICE

Intruder alarms. All makes, including Pyronix, Texecom, Risco, Honeywell and Eaton.

CCTV. Hikvision, Dahua, Axis and most other makes, from a single recorder to large multi-site systems.

Access control and door entry. Paxton and other networked or standalone systems, plus Videx, BPT, CAME and Comelit door entry.

Fire alarms. Advanced, Kentec, C-Tec and EMS panels, serviced to BS 5839.
ALREADY HAVE A SYSTEM?
Whoever fitted it, we can take it over. We'll check it, tell you what's worth keeping and only replace what needs replacing. Then one company looks after all your systems, even if they came from different installers.
SERVICE CONTRACTS
Choose the level of cover that suits you. Most of our customers choose Basic. Pay yearly, or monthly by Direct Debit.

Basic. Regular service visits, help by phone and email, and remote support where your system allows it. Call-outs are charged separately.

Standard. Everything in Basic, plus emergency call-outs if your system develops a fault.

Comprehensive. Everything in Standard, plus repair or replacement of faulty parts, all for one fixed cost.
All contracts are subject to our terms and conditions.
WHAT A SERVICE VISIT COVERS

Intruder alarms. At least once a year, or twice for monitored systems. We check the control panel, detectors, sounders, wiring, power supply, battery and signalling.

CCTV. At least once a year. We check each camera's picture, focus and coverage, the brackets and housings, and recording and playback.

Access control. At least once a year. We check doors, readers, keypads, the control unit, software and power supply.

Fire alarms. Every six months, to BS 5839 if required.
After every visit you get a written record and our advice on your system.
